Plattera began with one simple belief: a gift should never feel like a formality.
After spending over a decade in HR, I experienced corporate gifting from both sides. I saw what a thoughtful gift could do - make a new employee feel welcomed instead of processed, strengthen a client relationship, or remind a team they were genuinely valued. I also experienced the challenges of being the buyer - coordinating multiple vendors, managing endless follow-ups, meeting tight timelines, and trying to deliver a thoughtful experience despite the complexity behind it.
